CHINO, CA., January 31, 2004-
Alorica
Inc. was listed as the 314th largest software and service
supplier in Software Magazine' s 21st Annual Ranking

The rankings are based on companies who delivered a rapid

offerings for the year 2002.

to the December 2003 issue of Software Magazine,
overall market conditions were challenging in 2002. Despite
this, Alorica still posted a software service revenue of $25.2

This
honor marks the third consecutive year that Alorica has been
named to the Software 500. Alorica's President and CEO, Andy
