Alorica opens additional Tulsa facility
Company maintains workforce of 1,000 at two locations

TULSA, OK., February 11, 2009
Alorica Inc., a leading customer service management firm, and Tulsa Metro Chamber officials opened today an additional Tulsa facility at a news conference and ribbon cutting ceremony.

Based in Chino, Calif., Alorica is a one-stop service center known in the industry as a leading customer service management provider that supports the entire customer lifecycle, from front-office customer interaction to back-office reverse logistics. In 2005, Alorica purchased DecisionOne and opened a facility at the CityPlex Towers in Tulsa. The company maintains a workforce of approximately 1,000 and will split the workforce between the CityPlex facility and a new, 45,000 square foot facility at Eastgate Metroplex, 14002 E. 21st St.

"Moving to this new facility will give us room to grow in the future," says Andy Lee, Alorica’s CEO. "The investment we’ve made in the Eastgate facility is just part of our commitment to the city and workforce in Tulsa."

"Today’s opening takes another prime property off of the available list in Tulsa," said Jim Fram, Chamber senior vice president. "And is another example of the Chamber’s efforts to recruit and retain jobs to the metro region. The economic impact of approximately 1,000 jobs with Alorica will support an additional 482 indirect jobs in the metro region and generate a total economic impact of $41,364,618 in income."
