Southwest LLC Occupies Nashville Business Center I
Over 62,000 SF Leased from Duke Realty.
NASHVILLE, TN., June 9, 2005
Alorica Southwest LLC, an affiliate of Alorica Inc., a national
third party customer service and reverse logistics provider, has
leased 62,000 SF in Duke Realty Corporation's Nashville Business
Center I. Jeb Atkinson of ProVenture represented Alorica, and
Todd Parker of Duke represented the landlord.
Alorica
will utilize the space in the Nashville Business Center I to
house a state of the art reverse logistics facility to support a
national clientele.
