Andy Lee - Chairman and CEO
Guided by his desire to improve customer experiences and his entrepreneurial talents, Andy has become one of the leaders in the service and support outsourcing industry. Andy ventured on his own early in his career. He conceptualized and developed one of the original cloud-based Software-as-a-Service customer contact management applications that integrated contact center operations, returns management, and e-commerce. In 1999, he founded Alorica, which is one of the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers of customer management solutions, to create efficient and customer-centric solutions for companies. Andy’s founding belief in developing and utilizing technology to improve customer experience and drive efficiency has resulted in Alorica’s being on the forefront of innovation within the industry.
Andy’s success has earned the company numerous awards and accolades including the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award, placement on Software Magazine’s annual list of the 500 largest software and service suppliers, and multiple CRM Excellence Awards from Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine. He was a recipient of the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Financial and Business Services category.
Andy has also served as an executive at Advanced Membrane Technology, CTX Data Services, and Gateway. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.
Jack Pollock - Chief Financial Officer
Jack joined Alorica as Chief Financial Officer in 2000. Jack's fiscal management has allowed Alorica to make substantive investments to better serve its clients. He has also led the several acquisitions that Alorica has made.
Jack has served in various sales, general management, and finance roles in several industries. Early on in his career, Jack was a member of the Treasurer's staff at GE Capital. He has also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a billion-dollar division of Alliant Food service (formerly Kraft Foods) and also held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Western Pacific, Inc. Jack's secured a bachelors from University of South Florida and an MBA from NYU.
Art DiBari - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Art is responsible for leading all domestic and international operations and delivering exceptional service to customers; meanwhile managing, nurturing and developing client accounts focusing on growth and profitability. Art comes to Alorica with an accomplished career in the outsourcing industry with more than 25 years of experience in customer management outsourcing, HR outsourcing, and back office processing. Most recently he served as interim CEO and Senior Vice President of Operations at APAC, where he increased valuation of the company by tenfold. Prior to joining APAC, he was a Regional Vice President for ACS, Inc. In his four year tenure he had responsibility for operations across five countries and was recognized for his consistent achievements in client satisfaction, people development and financial delivery excellence. Prior to ACS, Art was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Aegis Communications where his responsibilities included 12 domestic and international call centers.
James Molloy - Chief Accounting Officer
James joins the Alorica team with more than 30 years of financial and business experience in privately held companies, Fortune 500 public companies, multi-nationals, start-ups, turnarounds and leveraged companies. Educated at the University of Cape Town, James has held positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Vanguard Logistics Services, Vice President and Corporate Controller at BAX Global, Director Internal Audit at The Brink's Company and Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche. James is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Most recently James was part of the Vanguard Logistics management team that grew revenue by more than four times while taking EBITDA from a loss position to over $40 million.
Chris Crowley - Chief Sales Officer
Chris is chartered with increasing the visibility and brand awareness of Alorica’s customer management outsourcing solutions and creating a corporate sales organization to deliver new clients and revenue growth. Chris is a 17-year veteran of the outsourcing industry, with executive management experience in both sales and operations. Prior to joining Alorica, Chris was part of the leadership team at APAC Customer Services where he led the company’s sales efforts as the Senior Vice President of Sales. He began his career in the Telecommunications industry at MCI Communications. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY.
Cornelius “Connie” Colao - Chief People Officer
Connie is in charge of managing Human Resources, Talent and People Development and Optimizing Organizational Capability. Connie will support the ongoing integration of executive level planning and execution while maintaining focus on building brand imagery within the industry. He is a 30-year veteran coming from the highly-regarded PepsiCo, Inc. and Yum! Brands Inc., institutions known for grooming top-notch HR professionals.
