Tony and his family were excited about their move to a new city. This new adventure and fresh start, however, left them without some comforts they had before. No electricity, no internet! Bored and disconnected, especially his young children, this was a family crisis. Tony needed to get help, fast.
Engage:
From his office, Tony went online to utility providers in his area. He found one, but had questions. Just then, a web chat window popped up and asked if he needed help. Tony explained his family’s challenge to Colleen. She reassured Tony she would get them up and running very soon.
Resolve:
It didn’t take long for Colleen to set up Tony's new account and make his family happy. She put in for an expedited installation, and then followed up to make sure the install went well. Now Tony’s family is enjoying the connection to their new life.
