Gas prices were chipping away at Diane’s cash and she needed to quickly find more money to get to work each day. She realized that she could save hundreds a year by cancelling a bunch of TV channels she never watches. Brilliant!
Diane called her provider. She spoke to an automated agent and explained her problem. At the customer care center, Joe saw her history, and then came on the phone. Surprisingly, Joe said he could add new channels for a lesser cost… including channels Diane would prefer to see! Then Joe mentioned phone service. Diane could save another 40% by switching. She eagerly agreed!
Diane was grateful for Joe’s knowledge and recommendations. She planned on saving a few bucks a month, but was thrilled to save enough for 10 tanks worth of gas this year! No longer worried about how to get to work, Diane snuggled up on the couch to check out her new programming.
