Challenge:
After heroically serving his country, Jack returned home to Sioux City without a job. He was out of work for over a year and began wondering if his veteran status meant anything.
Engage:
Jack saw a job posting specifically for disabled veterans and thought it was priceless. He secured a job as an Alorica customer service agent in the AloriCares program. With his new employment status, new doors opened again. Jack was able to fight off a foreclosure on his home. And with a job at Alorica, he was able to open a new credit line to help get him back on his feet.
Resolve:
Jack is now able to keep his home and provide for his family. As he gains more experience and confidence, he is able to create an even more stable environment for his family.
