After graduation Mikey, who didn’t have any interest in going to college, found a job at the local hardware store, married his high school sweetheart, and started a family. After doing the same job for several years with no outlook for growth, advancement, or change, Mikey sought an opportunity that would help better his future.
Mikey read in his local newspaper that Alorica was hiring. He realized that the position would be in a much different environment, but he felt like he was ready for change. Mikey interviewed and was hired as a customer service agent. With a new career in front of him, Mikey was energized to learn, grow, and develop at Alorica.
Mikey was promoted within nine months to technical support agent and now has his goal set to become a supervisor in the next year. He began taking leadership development classes offered at Alorica to improve his skills and management development techniques. Mikey now takes his family out to dinner more and has started to save money to purchase their first home.
