Growing Company Brings 75 Jobs to Irvine’s Jamboree CenterIrvine, CA
Alorica (www.alorica.com), a leading provider of customer management outsourcing services, announced today it has relocated its headquarters and about 75 employees to Irvine from Chino.
The fast-growing, privately held company leased the 11th floor, or about 20,000 square feet, at 5 Park Plaza in Jamboree Center, a prestigious Irvine Company office property near John Wayne Airport. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Alorica relocated from about the same amount of space in Chino. The company’s executives and finance, human resources, information technology, project management, facilities, marketing and other departments now are based at Jamboree Center.
“Fueled by our current and planned growth, we felt this was the time to create a new corporate environment,” said Andy Lee, Alorica’s chairman, CEO and founder. “We wanted an office environment that our clients and employees felt reflected Alorica.”
The company chose Jamboree Center for its headquarters to better serve employees, customers, and partners, according to Lee, who founded the company in 1999.
“Alorica now has a corporate office that offers excellent onsite amenities along with the all the conveniences and facilities that Orange County has to offer,” he said. “We continue to build on our energetic and contemporary culture and welcome our customers and partners to our new offices.”
Jamboree Center is one of Southern California’s most prestigious business addresses. The property features five elegant office buildings totaling 1.6 million square feet next to the San Diego (I-405) Freeway and Jamboree Road. The complex includes 36,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, complimentary shuttle service to John Wayne Airport, onsite dining including Bistro 24 and the Four Diamond Hyatt Regency Irvine hotel.

In June 2012, two Jamboree Center buildings won coveted International TOBY awards in the Renovated Building category. The award, short for The Outstanding Building of the Year, are given out by the Building Owners and Managers Association, a Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate industry group.
