TMC'S CRM Excellence 2005 Award

For the sixth consecutive year, the editors of Customer Inter@ction Solutions®
dared readers to prove that their companies have what it takes to win the
coveted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Excellence Award. Alorica was
awarded this honor for successfully providing a global leader in consumer
electronics (CE) a CRM tool to improve communications between the CE giant and
their Authorized Service Center (ASC) partners, as part of the Helix by
Alorica® software suite. The client's General Manager of Retail Services said,
"The site has allowed our ASC partners to have information readily available to
them at any given time. In recent months, we have received praise from our
partners regarding the site stating that it is very user-friendly and fast. The
ASCs are able to request part orders very quickly with a minimum amount of
screens to maneuver through. Training on the site has been minimal as it's an
easy tool to use."

The Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 Program highlights both
established and emerging technology companies in North America. Alorica Inc.
was awarded a placement of 166 on this prestigious listing.

program, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the area
by Deloitte & Touche LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services
firms. With a fiscal year revenue growth of 1,333 percent from 1998 through
2002, Alorica ranked fifth, as announced at an awards banquet in September.

Services Suppliers. The rankings are based on companies who delivered a rapid
return on investment for their customers with focused product offerings for the
year 2002.

In its ninth year, the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 Program
highlights both established and emerging technology companies in North America.
Alorica Inc. was awarded a placement of 391 on this prestigious listing.

states, "Even though implementation was speedy, Helix's real-time, customizable
reporting tools showed the client that the contact center experienced almost
zero 'escalation' in customer calls.those that require prolonged customer
contact, additional customer calls or interaction by a customer service
manager. Customer satisfaction was high and returned product was almost
non-existent."

Alorica recently released its Helix 2002 software suite with new mobile field
service and warehouse capabilities. A "Knowledge Base" component was added that
provides call center and online tech support personnel, as well as customers
via self-help Web portals, with up-to-date information on a variety of customer
support issues as product diagnostics, repair processing and warranty
management.

In Search of (CRM) Excellence Editors of Customer Inter@ction
SolutionsT recently challenged companies that provide customer relationship
management (CRM) products and services to show how they are leading the pack in
developing software and programs that measurably make customers' lives easier
and their interactions with companies more pleasant. These companies provided
an essay, in case study format, demonstrating directly qualifiable results that
a client using the product or service experienced as a result of the
implementation.
The prime criterion for winning was the delivery of results that clearly
benefited customers. In many cases, the results reported were extremely
company-focused. Comments such as, "The client was able to reduce its call
center staff by 20 percent" or "ROI improved 25 percent in six months" were
plentiful, hinting that many companies still don't "get" CRM.
