Integration Solution
Alorica offers a
fully automated in-home integration solution that provides
a seamless installation, setup and concealed wiring for video
and audio systems. Installation services provided include
Home Theater Systems, large format TVs and LCD/Plasma displays.
Alorica’s complete solution includes front and back-end
customer service, product fulfillment and ASP management to
provide order processing, installation scheduling, installer
dispatch, inventory fulfillment, customer service tracking,
inventory control and client billing. Our in-home integration
solution is managed and enabled through our proprietary software,
Helix by Alorica®. Helix web-based
technology enables collaborative workflow processes that are
accessible to anyone, anywhere, at anytime.
Network of Certified Installers
Alorica partners with nation-wide installers to provide a
solid network of ASP technicians. Our installers are highly
trained and certified to perform quality installations of
consumer electronic products at the customer’s convenience.
To insure the quality and accuracy of the installation process,
installers must meet stringent qualifications and complete
a series of training modules to obtain certification status.
Service Process
The complete in-home integration solution is managed through
Alorica’s Contact Center,
which directs every installation to meet the specific needs
and satisfaction of the customer. When a customer
calls with an installation request, our call center representative
schedules the appointment and dispatches the order to one
of our certified installers. Meanwhile, the product is shipped
to the customer’s home to await installation. At the
completion of the installation, the installer contacts the
call center to confirm completion of the job. The customer
service agent performs a quality assessment with the customer
to ensure satisfaction with all work. All interactions and
status are recorded and tracked by Helix to provide instant
status look-up and CRM capabilities.
