It’s that time of year again to reflect and give thanks as we prepare to celebrate a longstanding tradition in the United States – Thanksgiving. As I begin to reflect on this past year, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for my incredible family, amazing friends and countless blessings. I’m also extremely thankful for the privilege of serving as your leader of this insanely great company, and for all that we’ve have accomplished as one big family at Alorica.
In just one year’s time, we’ve welcomed thousands of new team members and many valued clients to our Alorica family. We’ve increased our capacity for making lives better with the addition of new sites across the globe, and we worked together to finetune our incredible business. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’m proud of the passion and focus you’ve demonstrated as we approached every challenge.
I am especially thankful for how you selflessly have taken care of each other in times of need. I’ve witnessed our team members dive in to assist each other in business challenges as well as personal challenges. Through Making Lives Better with Alorica, you’ve mended hearts and saved lives. In fact, earlier this year, when many of our colleagues were devastated by the series of hurricanes in the U.S., Joyce and I had the honor of visiting some of our Alorica family members impacted by the storms. We met many Alorica heroes who rose to the occasion to help our family, sometimes even before their own. Thank you. We were inspired by their strength, and extremely touched by their optimism, resiliency, and how our Alorica family looked out for each other.
I can go on forever listing all of the things I am grateful and thankful for, especially as it relates to our worldwide team at Alorica. I invite everyone to share a few of the things you are thankful for this year with your own friends, family and community. Then, together, let’s hit the pause button and take the time to remember that every day there is much to be thankful for.
