This week, it was announced that Alorica is a finalist in three separate categories for the 2018 North American Employee Engagement Awards, the first and only global, dedicated employee engagement awards program, created as a platform to recognize excellence in engagement that inspires action and drives the industry forward. The three categories include:
- Employee Culture & Purpose Award – The creation of an organization culture is essential but far from easy. It’s more than a vision that employees can unite behind, but rather a purpose to their employment. For this category, we submitted details on how Alorica has created an engaging culture that has brought its employees together, improved employee experience and performance as a result.
- Employer Brand Award – One of the best ways to engage staff and keep them engaged year after year is to connect them to the company brand, culture and values. Powered by personality, Alorica embraces individuality to create meaningful connections with people around the world.
- Internal Communications Award – Open, transparent, two-way communication channels are important if employees are to feel engaged. Our corporate voice is fun, engaging and casual, and our messages are relevant and about what matters most …our employees.
