We believe strongly that embracing a diverse workforce not only enhances Alorica’s culture, but is also key to our success. And our commitment has been recognized by Mogul (onmogul.com), a technology platform reaching 18 million women per week, placing Alorica on its 2018 list of 1,000 companies with strong female leaders. See full list here.
Alorica’s promise to the diversity of its organization can be found in various ways. One example is the launch of its Women’s Initiative earlier this year. Championing its current and future female leaders around the globe through a speaker series and networking events, the program offers a unique opportunity for participants to develop leadership skills, share experiences and connect with one another. Another way is how we got on the list in the first place – through our presence of strong female leaders, including Tania King, Chief Employee Experience and Legal Officer, KJ Tjon, Chief Financial Officer and Joyce Lee, Chief Culture Officer.
We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished so far but there’s even more we want to do. If interested in joining a company that is committed to empowering its employees, please visit Alorica’s career page.
