The certification provides Alorica with the internal tools to adopt an international industry standard, creating unique problem solving solutions that support the growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business, and to provide customers with optimal service.
PRINCE2® methodology is a rigorous industry standard used by global corporations and will equip Alorica with a comprehensive approach to the problem solving process. PRINCE2® provides fluid,adaptable guidelines that will allow Alorica to meet its clients’individual needs.
