Tenured Business Leader Brings Technical and Operational Expertise to New Role Supporting High-Growth, Digital-First Brands

Expanding on his successful executive consulting engagement with Alorica, Moore assumes responsibility for strategic leadership, account development and client advocacy in customizing transformative solutions to meet client expectations with a focus on high-growth, digital-first companies.

He will serve as a client advocate, providing operational and strategic support to deliver additional value to clients by challenging them to think about their business in new ways. Among his other areas of continued focus will be to bolster new business development, enhance the roadmap of innovative solutions, and assemble a passionate team with an experienced and focused voice to deliver on Alorica’s commitment to its clients.

Moore has more than three decades of experience in management and executive roles at leading media and entertainment companies and has held client advisory board roles at top BPO providers. Most recently, he was interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at health tech startup, healthintel.ai. Previous roles have included Executive Vice President, Global Customer Operations for The Walt Disney Company; Executive Vice President, Global Customer Operations at Fox Network Group and 18 years at SiriusXM, where he helped manage operations from pre-launch to 33 million subscribers in leadership roles such as, Vice President and General Manager of Customer and Sales Operations for Satellite Radio and Connected Vehicle Services.
