One of these ways is through our biannual Game Changer program, where we celebrate individuals who demonstrate curiosity, transparency and accountability, in the pursuit of helping Alorica become the world’s leading customer service provider.
This month, we celebrated all those who changed the game during the first half of 2018, delivering insanely great customer experiences while bringing Alorica’s Vision, Mission and Promise to life. To become a Game Changer winner, employees are first nominated by their peers and managers where nominations are validated by performance metrics to core values exhibited. Site level winners include agents, team managers, and site support. Regional level winners include one winner from each of the site level categories and include culture committees and sites. And finally, organization level features one winner in all the identified categories. All winners receive cash prizes, letters from leadership, certificates and pins but for the Top Site Winner, they obtain the coveted Alorica surfboard which this time traveled from Alorica Cubao to Alorica Center in Makati City, Philippines.
