Irvine, California-based Alorica Inc. is creating 420 jobs in northeast Houston after closing an acquisition of Plano, Texas-based Expert Global Solutions last year. The jobs are being created at an EGS location at 3200 FM 1960 Road West in Humble. The location already employs 960 people, and 85 of the new 420 positions have been filled.
