Greg oversees all client-facing initiatives, focusing on acquisition, retention and lifetime value. An industry veteran, Greg brings over 25 years of business and sales leadership experience and has overseen go-to-market strategies for multi-billion dollar companies.
With a successful record in leading sales programs on a global scale, Greg brings a keen sense of strategic planning, revenue growth and client relationship management to Alorica. His combination of industry expertise, leadership development and understanding of client requirements helps drive the company’s success and enhances its position as a leader in the BPO industry.
Previously, Greg has served as EVP, Sales and Marketing at TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a leading global BPO company. His responsibilities included the management of all sales and marketing initiatives and activities. Greg was instrumental in increasing revenue from $800 million to $1.4 billion and maintaining a client base of Fortune 100 companies while also obtaining new logo wins within the Fortune 500. He also served as EVP of Sales at Stream Global Services, Inc., where he was responsible for global sales functions and assisted in growing revenue by 15 percent per year. Greg has also held senior level management positions at TeaLeaf Technology, Inc., and had a 20-year career with AT&T Technologies, Inc.
Greg earned an executive master of business administration (MBA) from University of San Francisco, as well as a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Whittier College.
