IAOP Honors Alorica as an International Leader in its Annual Listing of the World’s Best Outsourcing Service Providers
IRVINE, Calif. – (Feb. 21, 2018) – Alorica, the world’s leading platform for all customer interactions, is pleased to announce it has earned a spot in the Leaders category of the 2018 Global Outsourcing 100 list for the fourth consecutive year. In its 13th year, this annual list is created and published by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), featuring the world’s best outsourcing providers and advisors.
“We are proud to be recognized by IAOP as a global leader in our industry for the fourth year in a row,” said Andy Lee, Chairman and CEO of Alorica. “It’s been nearly 20 years since we’ve been in business and I am still very much a firm believer that our success starts with our people. From how we recruit the right employees effectively with tools like chatbots, to the way we train them using customized curriculum that tailors to their learning preferences—it’s all about empowering our people through innovative technology, advanced data analytics and CX intelligence. The consistent acknowledgement we receive as a trusted partner speaks to the commitment we have at Alorica to make lives better, one interaction at a time.”
The judging was based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes a review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers for their organizations. In addition, five areas were considered and judged for the 2018 ranking including Size and Growth, Customer References, Awards and Certifications, Programs for Innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
“In today’s economy, it is more important than ever for outsourcing buyers to be able to easily identify and select the right company for their outsourcing needs,” said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO. “The Global Outsourcing 100 list is an essential tool companies reference to make smarter decisions. They provide companies with valuable insights into the outsourcing industry, leading and emerging service providers and advisors, and key developments to watch.”
