Alorica Strengthens its Executive Leadership Team with the Appointment of Pascal Aguirre as Chief Strategy Officer

Former McKinsey Partner Set to Support Alorica in Accelerating Strategic Vision and Identifying Opportunities for Long-term Growth


IRVINE, Calif., April 13, 2022—Following the recent appointments of Greg Haller to Chief Executive Officer and Founder Andy Lee to Executive Chairman, Alorica Inc., a  global leader in next-generation customer experience (CX) solutions, today announced Pascal Aguirre has been named Chief Strategy Officer. In his new role, Aguirre will be responsible for developing and guiding the execution of the company’s vision and long-range strategic plan in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team. Aguirre will help identify key growth opportunities and M&A targets.

With 15+ years of expertise formulating global business strategies and driving organizational outcomes, Aguirre most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Cognizant, where he was instrumental in quadrupling the company’s revenue. He brings two decades of experience in Professional Services, most notably as a Partner at McKinsey & Company in the High-Tech and Telecom practice where he led large-scale transformation initiatives for leading networking, computing, software and IT services Fortune 1000 clients. Aguirre also brings years of operating experience as Managing Director and COO of effiScience, a leading developer of next-generation Complex-Event-Processing solutions.
