Do you know where great customer service starts?
You guessed it— with insanely great people!
It has become clear that as a fast-paced company, we must nurture our talent, and that requires a special kind of leadership—someone who can build an employee experience much like how we build our customer experience. That’s why Alorica has created a new leadership post found in forward-thinking companies around the globe: Chief Employee Experience Officer. Chairman and CEO Andy Lee recently tapped dedicated and proven leader, Tania King. In her new role, King will focus on enhancing every phase of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement and everything in between. Putting Alorica team members at the center of the workplace, King and her group will work to provide employees with the right environment and tools to improve their experience at work and make them more productive.
And King is no stranger to Alorica. A key figure on the company’s executive leadership team since January 2017 as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, she’s transformed her departments into strategic partners, aligned by industry verticals. She has also served as interim Chief Human Resources Officer for the past six months. King will continue to wear multiple hats as Chief Legal and Employee Experience Officer, overseeing the company’s Legal, Employee Experience, Compliance and Security functions on a global scale.
Heading into the new year, our longtime commitment to creating an open, engaging and family-friendly workplace has never been stronger. With Tania King at the helm, we’re only going to get insanely better. To learn more about Tania King, check out her bio here.
