BPO of the Year
Alorica received the coveted “BPO of the Year” at the 2019 CCW Excellence Awards for its best-in-class capabilities in recruiting (chatbots), training (gamification, microlearning, culture), execution (rebadging, ramping) and performance (CSAT, NPS).
For the fifth year in a row, Alorica secured a spot on IAOP’s 2019 Best of The Global Outsourcing 100 (GO100), a list that recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors from across all industries, areas of specialization and sizes.
Alorica received the “2018 AT&T Supplier Award” for its high performance and excellent service to AT&T affiliates in 2017. Alorica was selected for its supplier diversity results, creative cost management solutions, teamwork, customer service, product/service performance and sustainability.
CRM Service Winner
Alorica nabbed the winning spot for “Best Contact Center Outsourcing” in the 2019 CRM Service Leaders Awards, for its overall “stellar performance,” earning a 4.2 score in company direction, a category-leading 4.0 score in customer satisfaction and another category-leading 3.8 score in cost.
Alorica was recognized at the 13th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service with three honors for “Consulting Practice of the Year,” “Training Practice of the Year” and “Outsourcing Provider of the Year.”
Excellence in Customer Service:
The Business Intelligence Group Excellence in Customer Service Awards, which recognizes companies that deploy strategic customer service programs that achieve a 92 percent customer retention rate, honored Alorica with “Outsourcing Partner of the Year” and “Consultant of the Year” awards.
At the sixth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, Alorica was honored for its employee experience excellence, earning two “Gold” designations for its learning and development programs.
Frost & Sullivan
Global analyst firm Frost & Sullivan recognized Alorica with the “2015 North American Frost & Sullivan Award” for Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership, while in the midst of competitive intensity, customer volatility and economic uncertainty.
Analyst firm HFS Research, included Alorica in its Top 10 Front Office Customer Engagement Operations Services 2019 list, where we ranked No. 8 Overall and No. 3 for Ability to Execute (breadth and depth of services and services delivery).
At the 2018 CCW Excellence Awards, Alorica won “Best Training & Development Program,” recognizing our ability to build flexible coaching strategies and reward, distinguish and incentivize employees.
Recognizing the industry’s best web creativity and digital communications, Alorica grabbed three platinum dotCOMM awards in “Social Media Marketing,” “Digital Marketing & Communications Campaign” and “Brand Identity Campaign.”
The premier awards program honoring video and television across all screens, recognized Alorica with three wins in the following categories: “Campaign – Social: Branded Content,” “Series – Culture & Lifestyle: Social Video” and “General – Culture & Lifestyle: Social Video.”
Management consulting and research firm Everest Group, recognized Alorica as an “Industry Leader” in its 2018 PEAK Matrix for Contact Center Outsourcing (COO) report.
