Alorica Announces Strategic Leadership Expansions Following Record Q1 Performance

Published on March 31, 2026

IRVINE, Calif., March 31, 2026  —  Alorica Inc., a global leader in customer experience (CX) and digital transformation services, today announced strategic leadership moves as the company enters 2026 with one of the strongest starts in its history. Following record-breaking attainment across revenue, margin and EBITDA, the company is positioning itself for continued growth with a leadership model that reflects global alignment and the strength of its internal talent bench.

“Our doubling down on leadership comes on the heels of market-leading performance,” said Mike Clifton, Alorica’s Co‑CEO. “Alorica closed 2025 with our highest gross margin and EBITDA ever, driven by our award-winning tech innovation and best-in-class delivery for our clients. As we seek to stack success on success, we’re elevating tenured leaders who know how to move us forward—faster and smarter. With our strongest ever Q1 behind us, we’re excited for what’s ahead, and we have the right team to execute it.”

Underscoring Alorica’s vision for the future, the company has appointed industry icon Bong Borja as Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of the Philippines, where he will act as a trusted advisor for the organization globally and in Asia. Regarded as one of the most influential figures in the CX space, Bong’s new role reflects Alorica’s intent to sharpen its strategic roadmap and drive its competitive advantage.

The company also welcomes back Brian Delaney as Chief Operating Officer, where he will lead Alorica’s unified operating model. His return reinforces Alorica’s push toward a more integrated, scalable and globally aligned structure. With a proven track record of running complex operations for major CX players and deep familiarity of the organization, Brian is uniquely positioned to continue elevating Alorica’s industry-leading performance.

On the commercial side, Scott Sexton will lead the Growth & Transformation team as Chief Revenue Officer, strengthening integration across sales, solutions and client expansion at a time of increasing client demand across verticals. Under Scott’s leadership, Mike Tighe has been promoted to Chief Sales Officer, along with Anastasia Bellos, to Chief Client Officer. Together, these longtime Alorica leaders will further the collaboration between sales and delivery to advance Alorica’s relationships with the world’s most-respected brands.

Within Operations, Jose Ramirez, who began his career as a frontline CX agent and has climbed the ranks throughout the organization, expands his leadership as President of the Americas, now overseeing North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. Jose’s career reflects Alorica’s culture of opportunity and internal advancement based on standout performance.

These changes also enable Jay King, another tenured Alorica leader, to step into the newly formed role of President of Alorica Financial, where he will lead the company’s rapid expansion across the global financial services landscape. Jay has spent years building trust with clients; his leadership, paired with new investments and partnerships in AI, will exponentially fast track our growth across financial services, loan servicing, fraud and collections.

Rounding out these updates, Sean Hauver will expand his responsibilities as Chief Information & Technology Officer, leading the IT organization and continuing to modernize enterprise technology systems that support the company internally and for its clients.

“We’re making sure the caliber, depth and passion of our leadership equals our ambition,” shared Max Schwendner, Alorica’s Co‑CEO. “We’re not content with just being the highest‑performing partner in the space; we want a team that embodies the excellence, resilience and commitment required to continue pushing that boundary—that is Alorica. We exited 2025 with momentum that’s building in 2026, and we’re ready to set a new standard for what it means to be the industry’s best.”
