“Actually we started our first class of 40 today and that will go through August,” said Alorica Site Director Jacob Vigil. “Flex schedule, paid training, medical and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holiday, sick time, 401k just an assortment of benefits,” said Vigil.

Vigil says in a time where people are working remotely and using new technology there’s a high demand for what they do. They provide customer service for both essential and non essential industries.

“Customer trying to call the bank to get answers about their credit card or some type of financial question a lot of people using social media at home so there’s a demand an influx for people to care for some of those questions.”
