For his entire career, Andy has been guided by a single, simple principle: make the customer experience better. Fueled by entrepreneurial passion and talent, Andy built one of the first cloud-based ‘software-as-a-service’ customer contact management applications. This platform ultimately yielded the formation of Alorica in 1999, which today is one of the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers in the world. Staying true to his roots, Andy’s belief in developing and utilizing technology to improve the customer experience has resulted in Alorica being lauded as one of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies in the industry.
Alorica is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, including the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award, placement on Software Magazine’s annual list of the 500 largest software and service suppliers, and multiple CRM Excellence Awards from Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine. Andy was a recipient of the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Financial and Business Services category.
Andy has served as an executive at Advanced Membrane Technology, CTX Data Services and Gateway. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.
Chris is tasked with increasing the visibility and brand awareness of Alorica, while overseeing the development of new clients and revenue growth.
Chris is a 17-year veteran of the outsourcing industry, with executive management experience in both sales and operations. Prior to joining Alorica, Chris was part of the leadership team at APAC Customer Services, where he led the company’s sales efforts as Senior Vice President of Sales. He began his career in the telecommunications industry at MCI Communications, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY.
Greg oversees all client-facing initiatives, focusing on acquisition, retention and lifetime value. An industry veteran, Greg brings over 25 years of business and sales leadership experience and has overseen go-to-market strategies for multi-billion dollar companies.
With a successful record in leading sales programs on a global scale, Greg brings a keen sense of strategic planning, revenue growth and client relationship management to Alorica. His combination of industry expertise, leadership development and understanding of client requirements helps drive the company’s success and enhances its position as a leader in the BPO industry.
Previously, Greg has served as EVP, Sales and Marketing at TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a leading global BPO company. His responsibilities included the management of all sales and marketing initiatives and activities. Greg was instrumental in increasing revenue from $800 million to $1.4 billion and maintaining a client base of Fortune 100 companies while also obtaining new logo wins within the Fortune 500. He also served as EVP of Sales at Stream Global Services, Inc., where he was responsible for global sales functions and assisted in growing revenue by 15 percent per year. Greg has also held senior level management positions at TeaLeaf Technology, Inc., and had a 20-year career with AT&T Technologies, Inc.
Greg earned an executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of San Francisco, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration from Whittier College.
Jay takes the helm at Alorica Financial Solutions with more than 20 years of experience in the credit and collections BPO industry. In this executive leadership role, Jay will lead the global strategy for development of services, client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Most recently, Jay served as President, North America Operations at Expert Global Solutions, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in building partnerships and developing creative solutions to drive client performance, operational efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
Prior to EGS, Jay was Senior Vice President, Outsource Operations, for NCO Financial Systems, Inc. (an EGS company). In this capacity, he served as co-head for EGS’ Accounts Receivable Management business and was responsible for all First-Party and Third-Party Credit and Collections Operations in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, Panama and the Philippines.
During the late nineties and early two-thousands, Jay spent the formative years of his career working in credit lending and outsourced First-Party collections, which at that time was a nascent industry offering.
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction in business and economics, with a concentration in accounting, from Virginia Military Institute.
Cindy brings to Alorica more than 25 years of experience in Finance and Accounting in fast-paced, multi-national, technology companies. Prior to coming on board, Cindy served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Broadcom Corporation.
Previously, Cindy was at Sun Microsystems for 19 years, where she held a variety of roles including Assistant Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Internal Audit.
Cindy hails from the east coast, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in accounting from Western New England University.
Lance’s dedication to operational excellence, client-focused solutions and employee satisfaction is evident in all that he does. With over 25 years of experience, Lance serves as President of the North America region of Alorica. He manages operations for more than 50,000 employees at 85+ sites, steers the success of over 300 clients and oversees $1.6B in annual revenue for the company. Lance also serves as Officer for dozens of Alorica entities. Prior roles at Alorica and other companies have included global operational execution.
Lance is a proven executive with strong cost management and continuous process improvement skills, along with innovative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking. His expertise in contact center operations, sales and logistics allows him to skillfully advise current and prospective clients on outsourcing solutions that help strengthen their own company initiatives.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from Weber State University.
In January 2012, Miro was appointed as President of Alorica for the Latin American Region.
As President of LATAM and the Caribbean, Miro is responsible for managing operations in nine countries within Central America, the Caribbean and South America. In last two years, he has overseen 30% growth in revenue and 18% growth in EBITDA. During his tenure, Miro has directed the expansion of the company’s footprint, encompassing 17 contact center locations with over 12,000 employees.
Prior to his leadership role at Alorica, Miro spent more than 11 years in the contact center, BPO and telecommunications industries.
Bong Borja is the President of the Asia region for Alorica, comprising more than 35,700 people in the Philippines, as well as delivery centers in Australia and China, for a total of 24 sites. Under Bong’s leadership, the Asia teams provide distinct capabilities to offer low-cost, high quality solutions to clients across the globe.
Prior to this role, Mr. Borja was President of the Philippines and Australia for Expert Global Solutions, Inc. (EGS) for four years prior to EGS’ acquisition by Alorica in June 2016. Before joining EGS in 2012, he spent 12 years as President of Aegis People Support Philippines, a start-up company that he helped grow to more than 13,000 employees.
Often credited as the “man behind the success of the call center and BPO industry” in the country, Mr. Borja is one of the founders and former chairman of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), formerly the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P). His opinions and contributions are highly valued by government and industry officials in the formulation of legislations and policies that govern the country's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and BPO industry.
Mr. Borja obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the De La Salle University and Masters of Science in Economics units from the De La Salle Graduate School of Business and Economics.
An inductee of the CIO Hall of Fame, Steve’s leadership in the field of information technology is recognized worldwide, and he brings decades of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, cloud computing and cybersecurity to the table. At Alorica, Steve’s focus is on prioritizing our business needs from an IT perspective and enhancing operational excellence throughout the organization.
Prior to joining Alorica, Steve led IT for large and complex technology-driven enterprises; most recently, he served as CIO of Avnet, a $17B Fortune 500 global company—and one of the world’s largest distributors of electronic components and computer products. Previously, Steve was CIO at Memec and Gateway Computers, and served as Chairman of the Board of the Arizona Technology Council. Since 2012, Steve has served as Chairman of the Board of Wick Communications, a news and specialty publications company.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Essex, and a post-graduate diploma in Management Studies from the University of West London. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
Tania is a seasoned corporate attorney and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience at growing multi-national private and public companies. In her role as Chief Legal Officer, Tania is responsible for all international legal, compliance and corporate security matters. As Chief Employee Experience Officer, Tania oversees the global Human Resource Team, and is focused on crafting an engaging and inspiring workplace environment for all Alorica team members. Tania also serves as the Company’s Secretary to the Board of Directors.
Prior to Alorica, Tania was Chief Legal Officer for Advantage Solutions (previously Advantage Sales & Marketing), where she spent 16 years overseeing legal management and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, investment transactions and complex litigation.
Tania is a member of the American Bar Association, California State Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and Association of Corporate Counsel.
Jeff brings to Alorica several decades worth experience in operations and management. He spent the previous 17 years at Ingram Micro, where he was Vice President of Global Shared Services, overseeing 4,000 agents operating in centers across the Philippines, Bulgaria and Costa Rica. Jeff’s sweet spot is in harmonization and optimization, and under his leadership, many daily activities at the centers became automated, greatly enhancing operational efficiencies.
Prior to Ingram Micro, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer of Mi Pueblo Foods, a Northern California-based grocery chain with 22 locations and approximately $375M in revenue. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA in operations and production management and—most importantly—Jeff is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
As Chief Culture Officer at Alorica, Joyce oversees development and execution of programs, activities and events that keep Alorica’s 100,000+ employees engaged and inspired to deliver insanely great customer experiences. During her tenure, she has spearheaded programs that drives a culture of connection, creativity, commitment—and fun.
An international philanthropist at heart, Joyce is also Founder and President of Making Lives Better with Alorica (MLBA), a non-profit dedicated to providing assistance to Alorica employees, their families and the people, organizations and communities who support them. Founded in 2015, MLBA has 95 chapters across three countries – the United States, Philippines and Mexico. MLBA recently surpassed $2M in employee contributions and has helped more than 4,500 people and communities world-wide.
Joyce has been with Alorica since its inception in 1999, when she served as Executive Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs. A “Jill of all trades”, Joyce led the company’s early legal teams and special projects as the company grew at increasingly fast rates. In 2004, Joyce decided to pare back her roles and take time off to start a family, returning full-time in 2015 to found MLBA and launch several successful projects at Alorica.
Prior to Alorica, Joyce began her legal career with White & Case LLP, one of the largest law firms in the world. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a joint JD/MBA degree.
