For his entire career, Andy has been guided by a single, simple principle: make the customer experience better. Fueled by entrepreneurial passion and talent, Andy built one of the first cloud-based ‘software-as-a-service’ customer contact management applications. This platform ultimately yielded the formation of Alorica in 1999, which today is one of the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers in the world. Staying true to his roots, Andy’s belief in developing and utilizing technology to improve the customer experience has resulted in Alorica being lauded as one of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies in the industry.
Alorica is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, including most recently winning the 2019 BPO of the Year at the CCW Excellence Awards; placing on Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S; and being recognized as a leader in the Minority-Owned Business category of the American Business Awards.
Andy has served as an executive at Advanced Membrane Technology, CTX Data Services and Gateway. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Southern California.
Chris is tasked with increasing the visibility and brand awareness of Alorica, while overseeing the development of new clients and revenue growth.
20+ year veteran of the outsourcing industry, with executive leadership experience across sales, client solutions, marketing, and operations, implementing some of the most successful and unique sales strategies in the BPO industry. Prior to joining Alorica, Chris was part of the leadership team at APAC Customer Services, where he led the company’s sales efforts as Senior Vice President of Sales.
He began his career in the telecommunications industry at MCI Communications, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY.
Greg is a senior executive with nearly 30 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering benchmark results and driving shareholder value. Buoyed by a foundation of strategic thinking and operational excellence, Greg is passionate about driving business forward by attracting and developing the best talent, motivating that talent to deliver on their potential and finding new and innovative ways to create world-class customer and employee experiences.
At Alorica, Greg oversees all functions in the following areas: Operations, Client Solutions, Global Business Services and Marketing Communications. In addition to overseeing daily operations, he is responsible for maintaining and enhancing alignment across each department.
Prior to Alorica, Greg was with Verizon Wireless for 29 years, having served in various leadership roles, such as President of the Western Area and President of Enterprise and Government Markets. Through his longstanding tenure at Verizon, he led Operations, Sales, Marketing and Advanced Solutions as well as Consumer Product Portfolio and Pricing.
Greg received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
Susan brings more than three decades of expertise to her role as Chief Employee Experience Officer, where she is focused on fostering an environment that lets people do their best work. In this position, Susan leverages her passion for human resources as she prepares the organization for increased automation and efficient delivery of employee experience services.
Prior to joining Alorica, Susan served as SVP, Global Talent at AECOM, where she established an international center of excellence that drove a comprehensive and unified talent strategy for the company. Previously, Susan was VP, Talent and Organization Effectiveness for the Disney-ABC Television Group. During her tenure, she led numerous organizational design initiatives to support new business models, identified and developed top leaders of the company and provided daily counsel to senior leaders. Susan has also served as an executive consultant—delivering strategic change and human resource solutions at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and other firms.
Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Randolph-Macon Women’s College, along with a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and a doctorate degree in Organizational Psychology—both from the California School of Professional Psychology.
An inductee of the CIO Hall of Fame, Steve’s leadership in the field of information technology is recognized worldwide, and he brings decades of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, cloud computing and cybersecurity to the table. At Alorica, Steve’s focus is on prioritizing our business needs from an IT perspective and enhancing operational excellence throughout the organization.
Prior to joining Alorica, Steve led IT for large and complex technology-driven enterprises; most recently, he served as CIO of Avnet, a $17B Fortune 500 global company—and one of the world’s largest distributors of electronic components and computer products. Previously, Steve was CIO at Memec and Gateway Computers, and served as Chairman of the Board of the Arizona Technology Council. Since 2012, Steve has served as Chairman of the Board of Wick Communications, a news and specialty publications company.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Essex, and a post-graduate diploma in Management Studies from the University of West London. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
Max brings to the table years of demonstrated expertise in Corporate Finance, Board & Investor Relations and Planning. As EVP, Finance & Planning, Max is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads Global Finance, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Billing, and Planning functions for Alorica.
Max has been involved with Alorica since shortly after its merger with EGS in 2016, previously serving on the Company’s Board of Directors as a representative of J.P. Morgan. More recently, Max has also served as a senior advisor to Alorica.
Prior to joining Alorica, Max spent over a decade on Wall Street, primarily at J.P. Morgan. During this time, he held leadership roles in the Investment Bank and Private Equity divisions of the company serving as Portfolio Manager, Vice President in Corporate Finance/M&A, Chief of Staff to the CEO of Investment Banking, and various other positions. Additionally, he has served in leadership positions on several portfolio company Board of Directors, Chairman of several Limited Partnership Committees, and has co-founded a small, film production company.
Max graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting and a minor in History.
Bhaskar is a seasoned, results-oriented executive with extensive leadership, board & investor relations, communication, change management and business development skills. At Alorica, Bhaskar’s focus is on the creation and delivery of a digital-forward platform utilizing intelligent automation, emerging technologies and process optimization to drive a trifecta for clients: one, significant enhancement in efficiency and productivity; two, cost reduction; three, a compelling customer experience.
Bhaskar brings more than 30 years of experience at global multi-national companies, including Citibank-Citicorp, Merrill Lynch, MphasiS Corp. and e4e Inc. He has worked in international private banking, asset management & capital markets, internet technologies & electronic distribution platforms, information technology & business process outsourcing, as well as in private equity & venture capital industries. Bhaskar’s career has also incorporated multi-cultural living and work experiences spanning the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
Bhaskar has sat on the boards of MphasiS, e4e, APAC Customer Service, ScioInspire and Semantifi, among several others. He received his Bachelor of Science in chemistry & math from Fergusson College, and his MBA in marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He lives with his wife, Smita and daughter, Kyra in New York City.
As Chief Client Officer for Alorica, Shawn oversees all client-facing initiatives—focusing on acquisition, retention and lifetime value. With more than 30 years of telecommunications industry experience, Shawn possesses the leadership acumen, skills and uncompromising integrity required to successfully lead an organization in a highly competitive and ever-changing market landscape.
Shawn has extensive and diverse experience managing acquisitions, start-up, turnaround and growth operations both domestically and internationally—with proven profit and loss management success. Equally important, he has consistently demonstrated the unique ability to recruit talented people and develop highly effective leaders.
Prior to joining Alorica, Shawn held various senior leadership roles at Verizon, where assigned projects increased in scope and scale during his tenure. Shawn ran Verizon’s Strategic Partnership Channel, overseeing all in-house and external partnerships pertaining to outsourcing.
Additionally, Shawn oversaw the launch of a dedicated national call center for Verizon to support the FCC-mandated Local Number Portability initiative; launched in a highly-regulated government environment, the initiative was lauded as a great success and continues to be recognized as an industry benchmark accomplishment.
Previously, Shawn served as Chief Operations Officer for Ryla, prior to Alorica’s acquisition of the company.
Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration from Albion College.
With nearly 30 years of experience in strategic direction and daily processes, Colleen is President of North America and Europe for Alorica. In this role, she is responsible for employees and sites across the region, while managing operations to best serve the company's clients.
Colleen is the embodiment of Alorica’s promise of Passion, Performance and Possibilities. She began her career on the frontlines, taking calls as an agent—and has worked her way up ever since.
Previously, Colleen served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Alorica. Under her leadership, Alorica achieved year-over-year growth, diversified its lines of business within targeted accounts and improved the new-client implementation process. Colleen has also been an outspoken supporter of the need to champion, support and promote women internally at Alorica.
Prior to joining Alorica, Colleen was Vice President of Call Center Solutions at Harte-Hanks, and worked in a variety of roles including Client Services, New Logo Sales and Training for ACS, Teleperformance and Aegis. She successfully transformed contact center programs, centers and regions—all to deliver on expectations and position her clients with competitive advantages.
Colleen is also an influential leader on the Customer Contact Week Advisory Board.
Bong Borja is the President of the Asia region for Alorica. Under Bong’s leadership, the Asia teams provide distinct capabilities to offer low-cost, high quality solutions to clients across the globe.
Prior to this role, Mr. Borja was President of the Philippines and Australia for Expert Global Solutions, Inc. (EGS) for four years prior to EGS’ acquisition by Alorica in June 2016. Before joining EGS in 2012, he spent 12 years as President of Aegis People Support Philippines, a start-up company that he helped grow to more than 13,000 employees.
Often credited as the “man behind the success of the call center and BPO industry” in the country, Mr. Borja is one of the founders and former chairman of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), formerly the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P). His opinions and contributions are highly valued by government and industry officials in the formulation of legislations and policies that govern the country's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and BPO industry.
Mr. Borja obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the De La Salle University and Masters of Science in Economics units from the De La Salle Graduate School of Business and Economics.
With more than three decades of operations and executive leadership experience in the BPO industry, Brian is President of Latin America & the Caribbean Operations for Alorica. In this role, he oversees the company’s expanding footprint in this dynamic market, where we operate nearly 20 contact centers in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, and Uruguay.
With a strong background in customer relations management, service delivery and team building, Brian is a natural fit for this role. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, he is responsible for initiating end-to-end strategies for clients, strengthening local brand recognition and managing nearly 15,000 Aloricans.
Before joining Alorica, Brian served as Chief Operating Officer for ServiceSource, where he was instrumental in the company’s transformation—overseeing its international expansion and advancing its technology and data platforms. Prior to that, Brian held leadership positions managing outsourcing in Latin America & the Caribbean, including Chief Operating Officer at Stream Global Services/Convergys (now Concentrix) and Chief Operating Officer of TeleTech (now TTEC).
Brian holds a master’s degree from New York University and a bachelor’s from University of California, Santa Barbara.
Jay takes the helm at Alorica Financial Solutions with more than 20 years of experience in the credit and collections BPO industry. In this executive leadership role, Jay will lead the global strategy for development of services, client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Most recently, Jay served as President, North America Operations at Expert Global Solutions, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in building partnerships and developing creative solutions to drive client performance, operational efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
Prior to EGS, Jay was Senior Vice President, Outsource Operations, for NCO Financial Systems, Inc. (an EGS company). In this capacity, he served as co-head for EGS’ Accounts Receivable Management business and was responsible for all First-Party and Third-Party Credit and Collections Operations in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, Panama and the Philippines.
During the late nineties and early two-thousands, Jay spent the formative years of his career working in credit lending and outsourced First-Party collections, which at that time was a nascent industry offering.
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction in business and economics, with a concentration in accounting, from Virginia Military Institute.
Jeff brings to Alorica several decades worth experience in operations and management. He spent the previous 17 years at Ingram Micro, where he was Vice President of Global Shared Services, overseeing 4,000 agents operating in centers across the Philippines, Bulgaria and Costa Rica. Jeff’s sweet spot is in harmonization and optimization, and under his leadership, many daily activities at the centers became automated, greatly enhancing operational efficiencies.
Prior to Ingram Micro, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer of Mi Pueblo Foods, a Northern California-based grocery chain with 22 locations and approximately $375M in revenue. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA in operations and production management and—most importantly—Jeff is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
With more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformations in complex industries—including data services, ad tech and fintech—Colson serves as Alorica’s Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Colson leads strategic planning, product development and execution of our global marketing and communication initiatives.
Named a “Rising Star of Wireless” in 2013 (Fierce Wireless), Colson has extensive experience driving brand awareness and generating demand for products and services. With his track record of transforming technology into profitable business operations, Colson focuses on solidifying Alorica’s reputation as the leading provider of global, omnichannel customer solutions.
Prior to joining Alorica, Colson spent most of his career in various senior leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, focusing on new product development, big data analytics and digital marketing. Most recently, he served as VP of Emerging Platforms; he has also served as the company’s VP for Merger Integration and VP for Precision Market Insights.
Colson holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary, and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Richmond.
As Chief Culture Officer at Alorica, Joyce oversees development and execution of programs, activities and events that keep Alorica’s 100,000+ employees engaged and inspired to deliver insanely great customer experiences. During her tenure, she has spearheaded programs that drives a culture of connection, creativity, commitment—and fun.
An international philanthropist at heart, Joyce is also Founder and President of Making Lives Better with Alorica (MLBA), a non-profit dedicated to providing assistance to Alorica employees, their families and the people, organizations and communities who support them. Founded in 2015, MLBA has 95 chapters across three countries – the United States, Philippines and Mexico. MLBA recently surpassed $2M in employee contributions and has helped more than 4,500 people and communities world-wide.
Joyce has been with Alorica since its inception in 1999, when she served as Executive Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs. A “Jill of all trades”, Joyce led the company’s early legal teams and special projects as the company grew at increasingly fast rates. In 2004, Joyce decided to pare back her roles and take time off to start a family, returning full-time in 2015 to found MLBA and launch several successful projects at Alorica.
Prior to Alorica, Joyce began her legal career with White & Case LLP, one of the largest law firms in the world. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a joint JD/MBA degree.
Bob brings more than three decades of operational excellence to the Alorica team. His vast experience in sales, customer service, technical support, inventory control and accounting enables Bob to expertly oversee our core functional areas of Capacity Management, Forecasting, Business Planning and Analytics.
Bob joined Expert Global Solutions (EGS) in 1999, serving leadership roles in Operations, Client Solutions, Workforce Management and Business Planning before the company was acquired by Alorica in 2016. Prior to EGS, Bob was Divisional Vice President/General Manager for a national telecommunications company.
Bob holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from Drexel University.
